Business Model
Project Objective
Project settlement activates in either of 2 conditions:
when the fund principal hits 700% , or the day of 2 years, start counting from INO expiry.
NFT Holders’ Profit Model
1) Project monthly dividend;
2) The project owner will buy-back the NFT at 70% discount from market rate.
3) When the project goal is achieved, fund principal will be shared evenly to all NFT holders accounts in USDT. All MFA NFT rights and interests will be voided.
4) Part of TVL (Total Value Locked) will be allocate to NFT holders as benefit for MFA citizens.
Rules of Profit Allocations
Initial pool fund (based on NFT sales) will be used for dual currency trading; Monthly profit distribution as follows :
1.0 20% - NFT Holders Dividend, will be distributed evenly to NFT holders - in the form of monthly dividend;
1.1 Monthly dividend cut off time will be at the last day of the month and the time will be at 11.59pm GMT+8. Monthly profit will be announced on 1st or 2nd of the month and Dividend will be credited to NFT holders’ wallet within 5 working days from the beginning of subsequent month.
2.0 10% - Risk management team fund;
3.0 20% - Core trading strategy team profit sharing;
4.0 50% - Growth fund, will be contributed back to the trading pool for fund snowball effect; When the trading fund amount exceeds $306,000 USDT, TVL mechanism for project risk management will be activated:
4.1 TVL mechanism is to ensure the security of the principal funds to fight against market uncertainties. The TVL comes from part of Growth Fund. When the trading fund pool is lower than Liquidation Level, the TVL mechanism will be activated to share TVL amount evenly among NFT holders.
4.2 Once TVL (Total Value Locked) mechanism has activated, for every 100% increase in trading fund (based of $306,000 USDT trading fund), 10% of monthly growth fund will be allocated to TVL pool.
4.3 TVL will stop dilution of monthly growth fund with when monthly growth fund left 20%.
Account Settlement/Liquidation Conditions in Detailed
Settlement condition : Trading fund balance exceeds 700% after monthly Profit Allocation.
Settlement 1, Balance of the trading fund will be distributed evenly to NFT holders’ wallet.
Settlement 2, TVL fund balance will be partially distributed to NFT holders’ wallet.
Liquidation condition : Trading fund balance is lower than 50% of the initial trading fund.
Liquidation 1, Balance of the trading fund will be distributed evenly to NFT holders’ wallet
Liquidation 2, TVL fund balance will be distribute evenly to NFT holders’ wallet.
Second Stage: MFA Investment DAO
Once the goal of MFA NFT program has completed, MFA will launch the MFA Investment DAO program, and the final NFT holders will be whitelisted for the MFA Investment DAO program. The whitelist rights will be publicized in the MFA Investment DAO plan.
